semiconductor&#8221;, Nature Communications\u00a0<b>7<\/b>, 13810 (2016)<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"tighten-line-height small-space-below\">\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u306f\u5f53\u6642(2012\u5e74\uff09\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u3068\u3055\u308c\u3066\u304d\u305fN\u578b\u96fb\u5b50\u8a98\u8d77\u5f37\u78c1\u6027\u534a\u5c0e\u4f53(In,Fe)As\u306e\u5b9f\u73fe\u306b\u6210\u529f\u3057\u305f\u304c\u3001\u7406\u8ad6\u7684\u306a\u4e88\u6e2c\u3088\u308a\u3082\u6570100\u500d\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5927\u304d\u3044\u306a\u30ad\u30e5\u30ea\u30fc\u6e29\u5ea6\u3092\u793a\u3057\u305f\u305f\u3081\u3001\u9577\u3044\u9593\u305d\u306e\u30e1\u30ab\u30cb\u30ba\u30e0\u304c\u7406\u89e3\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p
